A Mother’s Day Brunch

Mother’s Day is almost here! Finding the perfect gift is always tricky, but sometimes a homemade brunch is the perfect way to show your mom how much you appreciate her. I wanted to share some recipes from the web that are serving as inspiration for my Mother’s Day brunch. A version of healthy pancakes is a must, along with plenty of delicious fruit! It is tempting to use holidays as an excuse to eat foods loaded with sugar and other processed ingredients. I choose to look at holidays as another way to celebrate life and wellness, and I like to do that through healthy and natural foods.
