I wanted to dedicate a post to my favorite food. Bananas are my go to fruit and perfect for anything. Here are my top 10 ways to eat a banana.
1. Eat it frozen as a snack or dessert.
2. Smoothie ingredient.
3. On a toasted Ezekiel english muffin with nut butter.
4. Oatmeal topping.
5. With chia pudding.
6. Baking substitution for muffins, cookies, etc.
7. Two ingredient egg and banana pancakes ( 2 eggs, 1 banana).
8. Sliced with other fruit for breakfast with granola and but butter,
9. Dipped in dark chocolate for dessert.
10. Just as it is. Simple and delicious.
