A quick and easy dinner! I took lavash wraps and spread a red pepper marinade on top (I didn’t have any sauce), piled on spinach, sautéed peas, and Trader Joes olive tapenade. With this meal anything goes! Just layer your favorite toppings on top and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. This will definitely vary for your oven, and the crispness of your bread.
You can also use whole wheat wraps as the crust! I loveee carrot fries because when baked they taste like sweet potatoes aka my favorite food ever. I just bake the carrots at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes. You can toss them with olive oil or coconut oil. I like mixing mine with garlic, paprika, turmeric, or pepper. If you want super indulgent “fries” mix in almond butter (again, favorite food).
With summer coming closer these are great alternatives for typical party food!
